Submit a Press Release

Do you represent a public agency, school, college, hospital, nonprofit or business in the Phoenix area and have news worth sharing? Send it to us.

What we consider

  • Announcements from city, town, county, tribal and state agencies.
  • News from school districts, community colleges and universities.
  • Public health notices, safety information and service changes.
  • Project updates, openings, grants and awards that affect the Valley.

We focus on Maricopa County and the communities around it. Items from elsewhere in Arizona or from federal bodies are welcome when they affect Arizonans.

How to send it

Email the release as text in the body of the message, or as a Word or PDF file, to editor@thephoenixbulletin.com with “Press Release” in the subject line. Please include the name and role of a contact person, the date, and the web address of the original announcement, along with any photographs you have the right to share.

What to expect

Our editors choose what to publish, and we rewrite releases in our own words, so we cannot guarantee that an item will run or when. Promotional material that reads as an advertisement is not published as news; see Advertise for paid options.
