Cookie Notice

Last updated: October 12, 2026.

A cookie is a tiny file your browser saves when a site asks it to. Here is how the Bulletin uses them.

What we use

  • Essential cookies keep the site working, for example by remembering your session or protecting against abuse.
  • Statistics. We use a privacy-oriented analytics plugin to count visits and see which sections are read. It helps us improve the site and is not used to build advertising profiles.

We do not set advertising cookies of our own. If we ever carry sponsored content that sets third-party cookies, we will update this notice first.

Your choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. You can also turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in a supporting browser, which we treat as an opt-out request.
