Corrections & Feedback

Accuracy matters more than speed. When a reader spots a mistake, we want to hear about it.

How to report an error

Email editor@thephoenixbulletin.com with the headline of the story, the sentence or number you think is wrong, and, if possible, a public document that shows the right information. A subject line starting with “Correction” helps us route it.

What happens next

  • We compare the story with the original source material.
  • If the error is ours, we correct the text and add a short note at the foot of the article saying what changed.
  • If the source itself was wrong or has since been updated, we revise the story to reflect the newest official information.
  • If we conclude the article is accurate, we will tell you why.

Removal requests

A person or an organization that appears in a story, or the owner of a photograph, may ask us to remove or change the material. Write to the same address with the link to the page and the reason. We handle these requests as a priority.

General feedback

Suggestions about the site, the sections or the way stories are presented are welcome at the same address.
