Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) is collaborating with PetSmart Charities® to enhance pet adoption efforts during PetSmart Charities National Adoption Week. This partnership aims to assist shelters and rescues facing resource challenges by facilitating the placement of more animals into loving homes.
Adoption Initiative Details
The initiative seeks to connect pets in need with families looking to adopt. MCACC, recognizing the ongoing strain on resources in animal shelters across the nation, is leveraging this opportunity to promote adoption and increase awareness about the many animals awaiting homes.
This collaboration with PetSmart Charities is part of a broader effort to address the growing challenges faced by animal welfare organizations as they strive to find homes for pets. The event is expected to attract attention and encourage community involvement in pet adoption.
