This new resource allows community members to easily access information about permit holders and emergency contacts for the rentals.

The dashboard’s primary function is to provide straightforward access to emergency contact details for each permitted short-term rental. This initiative is designed to assist residents and neighbors while also offering law enforcement swift access to the appropriate contacts during emergencies.

Collaboration with Rentalscape
Town staff collaborated with Rentalscape, the platform responsible for short-term rental permitting and compliance, to create and publish the dashboard. This partnership reflects the Town’s commitment to making crucial information readily accessible to the community.
